The weakest? Explain.

The electric field is strongest to the right of the positive charge, because the individual fields from the positive charge and negative charge both are in the same direction (to the right) at that point, so they add to make a stronger field.  The electric field is weakest to the left of the positive charge, because the individual fields from the positive charge and negative charge are in opposite directions at that point, and so they partially cancel each other.  Another indication is the spacing of the field lines.  The field lines are closer to each other to the right of the positive charge, and further apart to the left of the positive charge.
